Our Objectives

  • To advocate for the health and well-being of immigrant and refugee children
  • To educate the public about the unique needs of the thousands of children in the greater New Orleans area who lack adequate access to healthcare
  • To educate future pediatricians on how to advocate for immigrant and refugee children in a culturally competent manner
  • To work with our community partners to streamline access to vital resources for these children, including but not limited to sub-specialty care.
